Succinic Acid (as magnesium succinate) 280 mg
Taurine (as magnesium taurinate) 350 mg
Malic Acid (as magnesium malate) 210 mg
Aspartic Acid (as magnesium aspartate) 120 mg

Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate.

Suggested Use: Take two capsules two times daily with meals. Daily intake may be increased or decreased; should gastric discomfort or diarrhea occur, reduce dosage.
