Pumpkin seed oil (Curcurbita pepo) (fresh pressed) 320 mg.
Pygeum africanum extract 20 mg.
Nettle root (Urtica dioica L.) extract 200 mg.

Other Ingredients: carob (to darken capsules), gelatin.
