Serenoa repens, also known as saw palmetto, is native to the southeastern United States, southern Europe, and north Africa. Traditional uses of saw palmetto include the support of the respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract. Modern usage of saw palmetto as a dietary supplement is for the benefit of prostate health, by its positive effect on the metabolism of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone in the prostate. It also supports normal inflammatory processes in prostate tissue.

Serenoa standardized to Fatty Acids 85%.

Contains ingredient derived from fish (tilapia).

This product does not contain wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, egg, dairy products, or artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, or artificial flavors. This product also does not contain lactose, palmitic acid, magnesium stearate, or stearic acid.

Suggested Use: Take 1 gelcap two to three times daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner.
