Suggested use for adults at least 15 years of age (for those under 15 years of age, consult your doctor): Adults and children over 15 years of age: Completely dissolve 3 pellets under tongue each morning, or as directed by a health professional. You might get the full benefit from a smaller dose. Pellets can be taken all at the same time or throughout the day, preferably at least 6 hours prior to bedtime. Leave the pellets in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Do not eat or drink 5 minutes before or after taking the product.

Dose Adjustment: Some report a cleansing or Herxheimer reaction associated with various reversible, and generally mild, symptoms such as headaches, joint aches and unusual feelings in the chest. If you notice this, contact your physician and skip 2 days and restart with one pellet every other day. Increase periodically but not so fast as to cause symptoms. Stay at a comfortable level.
